Based on your request: "Please note that a half down-payment is required for all personal packages, as well as for items that are out of stock. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or collection of your package. This non-refundable down-payment serves as a security measure, ensuring that both parties are protected in case you decide not to proceed with the purchase."

1. Home Deliverie($30 and up - varies

2. TTPOST (bank payments ONLY - $30)

How to qualify for free delivery/pick-up:

1. Orders over $400 less delivery - Pick-up

2. Orders over $600 less delivery - Home

Tracking

For all custom or pre-ordered items, you will receive weekly updates through the social media platform you initially contacted us on If your order is shipped via TTPOST, a tracking number will be provided, allowing to track your shipment on the TTPOST website. For quicker delivery we highly recommend you select direct home/work delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable (if):

1. Please ensure that all items are checked in front of us upon delivery to avoid any issues. We have noticed that in some scenarios items can be damaged during transit to pick-up locations or home deliveries, but not when they are delivered. It's important to address this process to ensure the quality and integrity of our products. Thank you for cooperation.

2. We understand that lost orders can be frustrating. If an order is lost through no fault of ours, you have the option to either reorder the item or receive a full refund once we have successfully received the funds back from the third party. 

​

Refunds are not applicable:

1. Costume Jewelry -  We cannot be held responsible to any form of tarnishing or defects on any of our costume jewelry. It is not made to the same standards as fine jewelry including sterling silver and gold and has therefore a limited life span.

2. Kindly note that we reserve the right not to entertain any complaints filed after 2 days of grace period (date of package delivered) ★Please examine thoroughly upon collection★

 

3. If someone is collecting on your behalf, you give up the right to claim non-delivery. You should check the package immediately to

report any issues if necessary

4. No refunds on cosmetic, snacks/drinks & clothing especially (please double check sizes before ordering)
